Here's how to make them ... yummy
Matcha (green tea icy poles)
1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
(Japanese green tea can be purchased online)
1 1/2 tbsp boiling water
Mix to a paste then cool
1cup light coconut milk
1cup pain green yoghurt
2 tbsp agave syrup
3 tsp lemon juice
1tsp lemon zest
Mix in blender. Add matcha paste till well combined
Pour into six moulds. Insert sticks or straws.
To remove from moulds, run under hot water and loosen.
