There are several groups who were interested in attending during the same week as the one I scheduled. Rrythmia agreed to give my group first priority for rooms but they were only willing to hold the requested rooms until September 30th. After that time, they will offer the remaining rooms to the other groups!
Rytnmia's policy is to offer a 100% refund if your reservation is cancelled before 10 days of your arrival date. If less than 10 days notice, you will receive full credit towards future stays.
