We all have a Sacred Dream. It is the Journey that gives our life true meaning…..and thus healing, physically, emotionally and
mentally.
The reason why I have been so drawn to the experience at Rythmia Life Advancement center in Costa Rica is it has
been an experience that allowed me to fully embrace my Sacred Dream.
It has made my life’s journey more peaceful, abundant and joyful.

Since I have been walking the path of my sacred Dream, it has allowed me to embrace the recent passing of my mother.
Without my deep learnings from the plant medicine teachings, I would have been overwhelmed with her death. However, it has been through these experiences, I know that her Spirit is alive and well, and I am at peace with her transition.
Dr. Alberto Villoldo,is a wise teacher and Shaman. His words really resonate with me:
When you do not have your own path in life, you procrastinate, feel confused or stuck, and find yourself moving toward the same destination as everyone else.
Often it is easier to get caught up in "where have I been?" Getting stuck in our past and lost on the pathways of childhood wounds or failed romantic partnerships─with the therapy bills to prove it.
So, what if instead you spent some time focusing on where you are going.
This path is where your sacred dream lays dormant. It is the divine map with winding trails that lead you on a journey to your most worthwhile destination.
It is up to you to uncover your sacred dream. I cannot tell you what it is and no one outside of you is here to reveal it. It is a journey you must agree to undertake understanding it is most likely not a path selected by fate or society or caste.
It also may not be easy, but nothing meaningful and lifelong ever is.
There are gifts and trappings to whichever road you take in life─whether toward the ordinary or the extraordinary─but
there is only one sacred dream.
