Unless we make peace with the past and our emotional wounds, the patterns and pain will follow
us throughout our lives. The places and the people may change but the painful patterns remain the same.
I speak from personal
experience.
My own childhood wounds kept me slipping into the same emotional quicksand of insecurity,
abandonment and rejection.
I invested much time, energy and money delving into my past and exploring a multitude of
psychological as well as spiritual modalities. All benefited me to a great or lesser extent. But shadows of that pain still haunted me.
I was in search of a path to allow deep, profound healing of the past and a permanent
connection to my Soul.
